The Princess Bride

This is the best story ever told. The movie is a classic, and I can’t believe you haven’t seen it yet. The book is an essential read–doesn’t matter if you read it before or after, though it’s a wonderful experience to see your imagination made flesh by the excellently cast actors.

It is sweet, funny, heart warming, exciting, more funny, and satisfying. I can’t begin to list all of the cultural references you will finally understand after you see this (“mostly dead”, “Have fun storming the castle!”, “My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die.”, “Life is pain. Anyone who says differently is selling something.”, “As you wish.”, “Inconceivable!”).

This movie will make you feel good, which in my view, is completely worth it.
